"The person I got a haircut from should not be cutting hair, maybe an office manager, but, not cutting hair. She just wanted to rush me through worst experience I've had in a while . Not going back there for sure."

"3 workers stood around and chatted for 10 minutes at the cash register, apparently oblivious to the 6 customers sitting down"

"I went in to get a haircut showed the lady a picture of how I wanted it cut and she completely ignored what I wanted ..almost shaved my head . I complained to the corporate office and they hem-hawed around got me to the manager to this store . She sent me an email saying to come in and they could fix it ...right on ...YOU CANT FIX WAY TO SHORT NOW CAN YA ? . She said to give her my address and she d send me a refund . Well to me that's not good enough . I sent her an email back challenging her to get hers cut this short and walk around humiliated like me . And now it's been three weeks . Hey management. It ain't growed back yet . So dudes share this post all over the world to let these people know we decide how we want our hair cut not them ,they are there to cut it like we want! Remember share share share"

"Great cut this morning. The stylist was friendly and the shampoo and hot towel treatment was the most relaxing part of my day. Way better than other cutting places and the atmosphere was nice."

"Sport Clips is a pretty decent place to get a men's hair cut. I personally prefer a barbershop for the straight razor. This place does have its perks. The MVP gets you a haircut, hot steam towel, massaging shampoo, and a back and shoulder massage. All that for $23+ tip. I got the season pass so I could get them for $18/per. You can watch ESPN during the cut. No heavy sales pitch for products, that's nice."

"Hard to believe but true. Decided I could kill 2 birds with 1 stone - get my hair cut and watch Tiger contend on a Saturday for the first time in a couple years at least. Instead of golf on CBS they had on all the TVs - arm wrestling on ESPN. When I suggested that golf might be of greater interest I was met with a blank expression. Decided to save some money and went to Great Clips."

"I love me a Sport Clips. Part of me wants to tell you about the greatest stylist I've ever met and the other part tells me not to so I don't have to wait. While most Sclips (nickname I made hoping it will stick) are a total roll of the dice, everyone I've had cut my hair here has been great. I generally try to stick to my girl, but sometimes a hair emergency happens to the best of us. It's going to run you $23 for a cut, shampoo and shoulder massage. If I ever consider a life of crime, I'm going to be the Massage Bandit and my heist will be robbing all Sclips of their massagers. If you sign up for the emails, I generally get a $5 off coupon every month."
