Explained that I was the sole caregiver to my wife who has Alzheimer’s and has to be near me at all times. Asked if she could sit in the empty waiting area with her mask on. The manager said she could sit outside a few feet from traffic and look in the window. There was only one customer in the shop. Their total lack of compassion forces me to tell my story to every one I can. Went down the street to Great Clips which had one customer and an empty waiting area and we were welcomed in, got a great haircut at a lower cost.

I sign in at 11. They advise that my time will me 1:25. I receive a text at 1237 advising my stylist is ready and to come in. I am 20 minutes away. At that point, the wait has now gone up again and I never received another text to come in when I arrive at 125, which is the time I was given to arrive. I guess I don’t see the point of signing in in advance if I can’t get an appointment.
