Was listed as “On Deck” for 15-20 minutes (first available) with the store on a 1 1/2 hour wait, as I saw 3-4 stylists go to the back room and just not come out. I was approached by the one stylist cutting hair and she said one stylist washing client’s hair (not true I could see in the room) and said there were 2 stylists available and she would go get one. At a 90+ minute wait, why should she have to “get” a stylist from the back? And why lie? Worst experience at Sports Clips I have had in the 7-8 years going here. Gave 1 star because they won’t let you give 0.

Still demanding you wear a mask 😡

Explained that I was the sole caregiver to my wife who has Alzheimer’s and has to be near me at all times. Asked if she could sit in the empty waiting area with her mask on. The manager said she could sit outside a few feet from traffic and look in the window. There was only one customer in the shop. Their total lack of compassion forces me to tell my story to every one I can. Went down the street to Great Clips which had one customer and an empty waiting area and we were welcomed in, got a great haircut at a lower cost.
